The Aztecs were an ancient civilization known for their advanced culture, impressive temples, intricate religious beliefs and practices in Mesoamerica, and a rich tradition of art and symbolism.
The Aztec art and the writing system are particularly unique, striking with their original, not-like-anything-else vision and expression. Birds, pyramids, the sun were often used symbolically to represent concepts such as freedom, transcendence, and the connection between the earthly and divine realms.
