Welcome to Strand Clothing!
We’re a small, independent family business, and we care about being fair, transparent, and human in how we work. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how our shop operates and what you can expect when shopping with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We’re Strand Clothing, an independent apparel brand based in the Midlands, UK. You can reach us anytime at:

Our designs are created in-house, and we print and ship with care from the UK.
2. Eligibility to Shop
To make a purchase on our site, you must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose.
3. Orders
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
We aim to begin processing orders quickly — if you need to cancel, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to cancel, especially if your item has already entered production.
Every item is printed to order, so please double-check sizes and details before checking out.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if the item is unavailable, or for any other reasonable concern.
4. Prices and Billing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments via:
💳 Shop Pay, major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
If there’s a pricing or billing error, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to resolve it. We’re not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider (e.g. currency conversion fees).
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

We don’t offer shipping insurance, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third-party issues beyond our control. If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local delivery office first and get in touch — we’ll do our best to help.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Most of our items are made to order, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or we've made an error.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something’s wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number at: info@strandclothing.co.uk
We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the issue. Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to our original designs, product photography, descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Strand Clothing and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design rights.
We take infringement seriously. Reproducing, copying, modifying, selling, or otherwise misusing our work without prior written permission is not permitted and may result in legal action.
While we sometimes incorporate public domain artworks into our designs, the finished compositions, presentation, and product images are unique to Strand Clothing and remain protected. We kindly ask others to respect the originality and effort behind our creations.
8. Third-Party Links
We sometimes link to third-party platforms (like our socials):

We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites — clicking those links is at your own discretion.
9. User Content
If you tag us or share content with us (e.g., on Instagram), you’re giving us permission to repost it with credit. Let us know if you'd prefer we don't — we always respect your wishes.

We take your privacy seriously. When you shop with us, we collect necessary info to process your order (like name, address, email). We do not sell or misuse your data.
We use Klaviyo to send occasional updates and special offers, but only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
