Welcome to Strand Wholesale.
We’re a small independent business, so our wholesale service is designed to be straightforward and flexible. If you have any questions about quantities, availability or a particular product, please feel free to get in touch.
Opening Orders
Our current minimum opening order is £125.
For greeting cards, opening orders can include any mix of designs, including single cards of each design. This is intended to make it easier for new stockists to try a wider selection and see what works best for their customers.
Repeat Orders
For repeat greeting-card orders, we normally ask for a minimum of 4 cards per design.
Other products, including postcard sets, badge sets, calendars and art prints, are supplied in the quantities shown in the wholesale catalogue.
If you need a different quantity, please contact us and we’ll always try to help where practical.
Wholesale Prices
Current trade prices are shown throughout the wholesale catalogue.
Prices may be updated from time to time, but any order already confirmed will be supplied at the price agreed at the time of ordering.
Stock & Lead Times
We hold practical quantities of our products rather than large warehouse stocks of every design.
Many orders can be fulfilled from existing stock and dispatched promptly.
Larger quantities, or products that require additional printing or production, may need up to 7 working days before dispatch.
If we expect an order to take longer than this, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is required before dispatch unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with us in advance.
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout or confirmed when your order is arranged.
Delivery
Delivery options and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before your order is finalised.
For international orders, local customs charges, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Shortages & Problems
Please check your order when it arrives.
If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right.
Photographs of damaged goods and packaging are always helpful where relevant.
